Den digitale transformation af produktionen er i fuld gang, og mange virksomheder arbejder med at skabe en mere sammenhængende og fleksibel dataarkitektur.

På SESAM Live Demo UNS Konferencen i Odense den 11. juni 2025 får du mulighed for at opleve Unified Namespace (UNS) i praksis gennem en konkret og interaktiv demonstration.

Konferencen er bygget op omkring casen “Sesam Oil Plant”, hvor vi viser, hvordan forskellige systemer – herunder ERP-systemer, PLC’er og andre industrielle enheder – kan integreres og kommunikere via en broker-arkitektur. Gennem en række realistiske scenarier demonstrerer vi, hvordan UNS understøtter ordreinitialisering, dataoverførsel og analyse, så data kan bruges effektivt på tværs af systemer.

Konferencen kombinerer live demonstrationer, faglige indlæg og interaktive sessioner, hvor du får mulighed for at se, lære og diskutere anvendelsen af UNS i praksis.

Konferencen er gjort mulig med bidrag fra førende industrivirksomheder, der hver især har leveret værdifuld ekspertise inden for specifikke områder. Siemens bidrager med “PLC 1”, mens Integra2r står for “Recipe”. Aveva leverer løsninger inden for “Dispatch & Execution”, og Au2mate præsenterer “Dashboard”-funktioner. Tricloud fokuserer på “OEE”, og Rockwell bidrager med “PLC 2”.

9:00 – Velkomst og introduktion til ”Sesam Oil Live Demo Case”
SESAM præsenterer en ISA 95-baseret Unified Namespace (UNS), som er forberedt til både kontinuerlig og diskret produktionsdata-kommunikation. Sesam Oil-fabrikken udgør baggrunden for tre cases, og alle deltagere kommunikerer kun gennem UNS. Dette kaldes “Step 2 Unified Namespace”, da vi bruger UNS til direkte produktionsintegration.

9:15 – Plenum Case 1 – Live demonstration af UNS: Produktionsordre-case
Integra2r genererer ERP-ordrer og recipe. Aveva MES laver en detaljeret plan og frigiver ordren til Siemens PLC 1, som producerer Sesam Oil og rapporterer performance. Au2mate viser dashboard baseret på TrakSYS, og Aveva præsenterer performance feedback.

10:00 – Plenum Case 2 – Live demonstration af UNS: Historian-case
Siemens PLC 1 og Rockwell PLC 2 sender live tidsseriedata til UNS. Asticon præsenterer løsningen for Historian data fra UNS, og Au2mate viser dashboard baseret på TrakSYS.

10:30 – Pause

11:00 – Plenum Case 3 – Live demonstration af UNS: OEE-case
Rockwell PLC 2 pakker flasker baseret på ordrer og genererer OEE-hændelser. Tricloud udfører OEE-beregninger, og Au2mate viser Dashboard baseret på TrakSYS.

11:30 – Paneldiskussion
Alle deltagere opsummerer og besvarer spørgsmål fra publikum.

At the SESAM Live Demo UNS Conference in Odense on June 11, 2025, you will have the opportunity to experience Unified Namespace (UNS) in practice through a concrete and interactive demonstration.

The conference is centered around the case “Sesam Oil Plant”, where we will showcase how different systems – including ERP systems, PLCs, and other industrial devices – can be integrated and communicate via a broker architecture. Through a series of realistic scenarios, we will demonstrate how UNS supports order initialization, data transfer, and analysis, enabling data to be effectively utilized across systems.

9.00: Welcome and Intro to ”SESAM Oil Live demo case”
SESAM have created an ISA 95 based Unified Namespace (UNS) prepared with both continuous and discrete production data communication. The Sesam oil factory is the background for 3 cases. All participants can only communicate through the UNS. We call it Step 2 Unified namespace, because we use UNS in direct production integration.

9.15: Plenum case 1 – ”Live demonstration UNS” – Production Order case
Integra2r will generate ERP order and Recipes . Aveva MES will make detailed plan and release the order to Siemens PLC 1. Siemens PLC 1 will produced Sesam Oil and report performance. Au2mate will show effort on Dashboard based on TrakSYS. Aveva will show performance feedback.

10.00: Plenum case 2 – ”Live demonstration UNS” – Historian data case
Siemens PLC1 & Rockwell PLC 2 will send live timeserial data into the UNS. Asticon will present solution for Historical data from UNS. Au2mate will show effort on Dashboard based on TrakSYS.

11.00: Plenum case 3 – ”Live demonstration UNS” – OEE – case 
Rockwell PLC 2 will pack bottles on order basis and crate OEE events., Tricloud will perform OEE calculations. Au2mate will show effort on Dashboard based on TrakSYS.
